RETURN POLICY
Perishable Products - Flowers and Plants
Our main objective is the total satisfaction of our customers. To proceed with the return of any perishable product - flowers or plants - the customer must request the return within a period of NO more than 24 business hours from receiving the product, via email or by calling the store at 787 728 4888. When writing to us to request a return, please let us know the reason for the return in case it is necessary to help us continue to evolve.
Return of the Floral Workshops
If you are unable to attend, anyone who purchases a floral workshop must cancel their attendance by calling the store at 787 728 4888 or writing to our email fioridellapr@gmail.com no later than 1 week before the workshop for which they registered. Cancellations will not be accepted less than 7 days before the workshop since flower purchases for the workshops are made in advance. If you are unable to attend, the money paid can be exchanged for fresh flowers or a floral arrangement.
On the other hand, if the minimum attendance of 4 people is not met at any of the workshops, it will be cancelled and the amount paid to each registered attendee will be refunded.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
In some instances our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to seasonality, weather, availability and market conditions which also may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the Florist instructions at the checkout or Call us at 787 728 4888 to ensure availability.

Standard - The bouquet received will be approximately similar to the one in the photo
Bouquet will be delivered approximately as pictured
Medium - Additional flowers are added to enhance the arrangement.
Additional flowers will be added to enhance the bouquet.
Premium - We've added even more floral product by using the highest quality flowers for this design.
We will add more blooms and select the highest quality of flowers we offer in this style.
